Sleep Better, Be Better

 
     I happened to read one article, talking about brain boosters. Sleeping is considered to play an important role in supporting our brain function. Most Adults require seven to eight hours of sleep each night. Without sufficient sleep, our brains don't have enough "time out" to close down and repaire damage, which is caused by various factors during the day time. Moreover, you snooze, you win. That means if you feel tired, you'd better take a nap. It's an alert suggests that you need have a break. It is unwise to struggle and hang on at this time, since little results will turn out to be efficient.
 
     Knowing that many of us have sleeping problems more or less, since life is always under pressure, (Kidding Tongue out)  I would love to share the following tips with you for a better sleep, hopefully, everyone could benefit from it.
 
 
If you have trouble sleeping, here are a few tips:
  • Don't eat a heavy meal late in the day.
  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol late in the day.
  • Get regular exercise, but not close to bedtime.
  • If you can't fall asleep or wake up in the middle of the night, get up and read or watch TV until you feel drowsy.
  • If you lie awake worrying about things, make a to-do list before going to bed. Red heart
